Since our products are made in small batches and with care, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. 

Important Note About Body Butter:

Due to the natural ingredients in our body butter, it may soften or melt during transit in warm or hot weather. While this does not affect the quality or benefits of the product, you can restore its consistency by placing it in a cool area or refrigerating it briefly. If desired, you can also rewhip the body butter with a hand mixer to regain its airy texture.

In Case of Issues:

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will gladly assist in resolving any concerns, including offering a replacement if necessary.
