Processing & Shipping Times

•Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping & Customs Fees

•International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are determined by your country’s customs office.

•These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

•Belle Flourish does not cover, reimburse, or refund customs fees. If you refuse a package due to customs charges, the order will not be refunded.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

•We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect shipping addresses. If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, additional shipping costs may apply to resend it.
